Why 200 Hours?

The Foundational Certification — Your Road Map

A 200-hour yoga training is the foundational certification of your ongoing spiritual journey — think of it as completing high school before higher studies. It gives you a complete map of the paths of yoga: essential techniques, anatomy, philosophy and teaching practice, so you can register as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance and teach anywhere in the world. From basic seated postures to active asana, from internal cleansing through Kriyas to the life philosophy of Patanjali, from modern anatomy to the art of teaching — this course gives you the full, grounded picture, and the confidence to share it.
