Nino Kukhalashvili

I first discovered yoga around 15 years ago while on holiday in Bali. Since then, I have tried many different studios and various styles of yoga, but because of the injury doctor recommended to switch to Pilates. It wasn’t until four years ago that I met an inspiring yoga teacher from India. He has helped me to recover from the continuous pain in my back and neck area and has drawn my interest back to yoga. In 2020 I completed 30hr Stretching Coach and 15hr Breath Coach training with Yogabody Teachers College. Also, I took an online “Ayurvedic wisdom and Modern Science” course with Dr John Douillard. It increased my curiosity in yoga, and I decided to go for 200hr Hatha Vinyasa flow training with Path of Yoga school.

I am so profoundly grateful for the passion and loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me. It gave me much confidence and freedom in my practice and everyday life. I believe yoga is a lifelong process. Every time we step on a mat, we learn something new about ourselves, our body and mind and our surrounding world.

I’m very passionate about yoga. I like exploring body-mind and breath-movement connections. It gives me so much joy to help students dive deeper into the layers of their being, get stronger and healtier, eliminate unnecessary worries and discover their true selves.
