Syllabus
The yoga classes provided for by the Yoga Courses, Teacher Training Diploma, Intergration Course of Yoga Teachers, In Service Training, Post Diploma Modules, Advanced Diploma in Special Needs, Foundation Course Tutor Training and Diploma Course Tutor Training.
Foundation Courses have two sets but each can be accomplished for sixty hours. This session is aimed at exploring the primordial religious practice in a deeper way. There is the inclusion of theoretical works on ashtanga which means eight limbs namely yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi. The history of this ancient spiritual routine will also be tackled as well as the different channels and institutions.
Teacher Training Diploma can be finished for five hundred hours which is equivalent to two or four years. This will allow the students to discover the anatomy and physiology of the primordial religious practice which also covers the basic clinical conditions. However, for one to be accepted in attending the session, the person is expected to have performed the ancient spiritual routine for a minimum of twenty- four months.
Integration Course for Yoga Teachers is appropriate for individuals who have already gained a certification but who would want to be accredited. This session is specially designed for those who already had prior schooling which will last for ten months.
