About the Retreat:
Our minds are amazing creations in the vast universe. They control our existence, and they are connected to our bodies. Exploring and understanding our minds takes us on a journey to learn more about ourselves and gain awareness.
Mind: The Locus of Creation:
The mind is a complex entity that extends beyond the physical boundaries of our anatomy. It serves as the locus where experiences unfold, feelings emerge, and memories are etched into the fabric of our existence.
Our brain, consisting of a staggering 100 billion neuron cells, acts as the conduit for receiving. It transmits messages through neurotransmitters. The continuous interaction with the external environment through our senses creates a profound impact on our mental state. The mind becomes the canvas where joy and sorrow, pleasure and pain, coalesce into a tapestry of experiences.
Thoughts and Actions:
Our thoughts make us do what we do. they create a continuous loop of thinking, acting, and experiencing. But, our minds get stuck in the same types of thoughts, 60 to 70% of our thoughts are being repeated. If we will only focus on what happened in the past, we will lose the enjoyment of the present.
This can be a problem if we are only thinking of the past and future rather than the present. We don’t pay enough attention to what’s happening right now. This can even affect our bodies. It causes physical issues because our minds and bodies are not working together. So, it’s important to find a balance and be present in the moment for our well-being.
Modern Challenges:
In contemporary society, mental well-being has become a major concern, influencing physical health. This retreat seeks to address the prevalent mental challenges of our times. It recognizes that an imbalance in the mind-body connection can be assumed physical ailment.

As we embark on this life-changing journey, guided by the teachings of Akhilesh Bodhi. A revered yoga and Vedanta teacher, our days unfold in a curated sequence of activities.

- 4:00 PM: Orientation Meeting followed by Gentle Yoga

- 11:00 AM: Mind and Its Mechanism Talks
- 11:30 AM: Power of Imagination Meditation
- 12:00 PM: Self-reflection & Relaxation
- 4:30 PM: Pranayama & Paran Upasana Meditation
- 6:30 PM: Dinner
- 8:15 PM: Mantra Chanting and Satsang
- 10:00 PM: Lights Off
Day Three:
- (Similar schedule with an excursion to explore ancient churches)

- (Variations including dinner at an Italian restaurant and guided Quantum Field Meditation)

- As above with specific sessions like Coherent Healing Breath and Q/A.

The food is Italian, typical of the country and vegetarian. Water and tea are available at all times. For dinner we serve ½ bottle of white wine/house wine/person.

- Water and tea are available at all times. For dinner we serve ½ bottle of white wine/house wine/person.
- Breakfast/lunch is provided after the morning yoga practice at 10:00 a.m., depending on the daily program, dinner is taken in CentroBeYou or in a nearby restaurant.
- However, the apartments are fully equipped and self-catering is possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any alternatives for vegan diets or allergies etc. in terms of catering, as we cannot afford the effort
Price
There are 5 apartments available for accommodation, from 30-75 sqm, each with 2-4 beds. Only half double rooms are available. The residents of an apartment share a bathroom.
The cost of the retreat is €850 including the above services. Payment is requested in cash on site. We request further information and booking at:
